Whilst you’re right that you can change the CSS, I just wanted to point of that any changes you make to plugins/buddypress-identicons/css/style.css will be overwritten when you download plugin updates.

Private messages can be sent to multiple recipients. The field you mention is for entering more usernames to send the message to.

Without knowing exactly what was done via the one click migration, it’s going to be hard to pintpoint what went wrong.
Was the one click migration intended for BuddyPress? Just WordPress? I’m not familiar with GoDaddy’s process

There have been some problems with the BuddyPress Links plugin post BP 2.2 release. Check of this thread for some more info on the problem. I’m not sure if the developer has managed to resolve yet, perhaps it’s worth opening a ticket on his support forum.

I’m using 2.2 and when I search for ‘henry’, I appear in the list of members. That’s using Twenty Fifteen, no plugins and WordPress 4.1.
