so for now there is no fix solution for this except delete all including wordpress, recreate all database, and it work again.

@discdemo Open a text file, paste the code I posted above, File > Save As > functions.php file which should be in your BP Default child theme folder in server.

@hemantsaraf What theme were you using? What plugins were activated at the time you deleted BP 1.6.4? Could be an old plugin which requires BP but did not check if BP is active.

@daved42 I would double-check if there are any overlooked old URI’s in DB, double-check .htaccess file if carried over from old site, re-run Settings > Permalinks.

@nahin This happens when you have a multisite installation and you activate BuddyPress in subsite’s admin and not network-wide in Network Admin > Plugins. Is this the case with your installation?
