@bkvwordpress BuddyPress 1.6.2 is compatible with WordPress 3.5 not version 3.3.1

There’s no public plugin that I know of that does what you want. You’d either have to code this yourself or hire a developer to do so.

@heavensentral You need to install and activate the BP Template Pack plugin to make your WP theme compatible with BuddyPress. Then go through Appearance > BP Compatibility process.
