@jamesorozco could you be more specific or clarify as to what the “path” you are referring to is? I use Windows 10 and I’ve found no such problem.

It’s been some time but it seems Userpro doesn’t work well with all BuddyPress components, specifically with BP Extended Profile (xProfile) fields.

I recommend that you seek help at the paid plugin’s comments page re integration with BuddyPress as they provide support for Userpro.

@martijn1972 Hi, I’ve not encountered that issue. Could be a theme issue. Have you tried changing to the Twenty Seventeen/Sixteen default theme? It would also help others help you if you provide more information about your installation. Like, do you have a BP-compatible plugin that’s not been updated for a while?
