@antonrsaopencirclecoza, this plugin doesn’t work with WordPress 3.0 (with network). Does anybody know analogs?
220.127.116.11 fixes blogs, but not all.
Also link from nickname and avatar of any user on the user profile page goes to your profile page.
@mercime, I can’t find these strings in default theme.
I had made a small plugin (question) on the registration page (if somebody needs, let me know). Tonnes of spam disappeared, but some strange spammers still register.
I noticed, that they have empty needed fields in from registration form. Therefore spammers register not from BP registration page. But from where?
Thank you, Jeff.
Now these plugins are not visible for non-admin users, but after I activated them, they were activated sitewide. Is it right? I think these plugins should be activated only for main blog?
One more: Now non-admin users can see Facestream admin options in console. Is it plugin problem? All plugin options in console should be in the BuddyPress section?
I had written to many developers, but onle 1-2 fixed this. Another don’t know, how to make it.
I have the latest versions of WPMU and BP, but I have tonnes of spam.
It’s a pity, there are not any antispam plugins for BP which work on the registration page.
I can’t disable all the plugins, because my network is big, and there are many people. This problem I have for a very long time (from BP near 1.0).
I have same problem. One of two blogs disappeared from “My Blogs” and BuddyBar.
Hi. I have the same problem. But it doesn’t depend on changing of themes. Simply posts from some blogs are not showing in the recent posts widget on the main page of BuddyPress site. Also new posts from these blogs are not showing in Activity widget and RSS. Because of it, problem is not in these widgets and plugins, but deeper.
