you should copy the old blogs.dir dir in the new one, and check in your db every rows that contains link to them and change the link.

you can do that with a query

The simplest to add youtube for groups is asking Nicola on the BPDEV Trac http://bp-dev.org to improve bpdev youtube and integrate it in groups

Yes you can do that making a new plugin based on bbpress-live (the same andy has used for groups).

For the second question is always bbpress-live that help wordpress & bbpress to share data via xmlrpc
