I am getting this:
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in M:\webs\the604adventure.org\wp-content\plugins\invite-anyone\invite-anyone\invite-anyone-cssjs.php on line 8
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in M:\webs\the604adventure.org\wp-content\plugins\invite-anyone\invite-anyone\invite-anyone-cssjs.php on line 46
on multiple pages throughout my site. I have updated, no change. This plugin is activated site-wide.
In reply to: Subdomain support in BPThat is correct.
In fact,
– the main site is in the root folder,
– sub-domains are the form chosen on install
– I am using Group Blog
– as a new group blog gets created it is in the form subdomain.domain.com for the blog, but all the group functions are in the form domain.com/groups/groupname/function
So, . . . when I am viewing the “blog” all the buddypress links convert to subdomain(groupname).domain.com/activity, friends, forums, etc. and as such all return “page not found”
I would think that buddypress would understand the stucture of my setup and would assume in the subdomain option that all blogs correspond to groups and as such show data and create links appropriately.
Would that be the desired functionality for the plugin? Or is buddypress designed to operate in the context of a blog rather than the blog operating in the context of a group?
Perhaps I am trying to do something that “should work”, but my method of accomplishing this may be flawed by using the Group Blog plugin?

In reply to: Subdomain support in BPWhat am I missing? Did I post this to the wrong place? Does anyone have any possible answer to this question?

In reply to: Forum tags – I can add them, but can't see themI agree! I also wish there were a way to show the tag on the topic and add or edit the tag list too!
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed!I am getting the curl_multi_init.dll error on every page where the twitter checkbox should appear.
It is hosing the app so much that the buddypress admin bar does not show after the error.
Can someone post their hosting setup and perhaps what php extensions are being loaded so I can compare to see if that might be the issue.
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed!I have removed the # in php.ini for the php_curl.dll extension, but that does not seem to help. I looked at the file with notepad and I see the text matching curl_multi_init but I don’t know how to tell whether the library is actually opening. Is there some other library that actually loads php_curl.dll?
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed! No, I can’t seem to get any version to work anymore. I have moved my site to apache from IIS7. Would that make any difference?
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed!I get this error after upgrading:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_multi_init() in M:\webs\myrelative.org\wp-content\plugins\tweetstream\twitter\EpiCurl.php on line 21
Is this something you are working on? Or is it with my installation?
Also, rolling back to previous version does not resolve the problem. This is odd.
In reply to: No activityThis is related to the strict mode of mysql. https://buddypress.org/forums/topic/there-was-a-problem-posting-your-update-please-try-again
BP 1.2.2 works provided you run a script to fix an existing table.
Here is the link that helped me solve this problem:
In reply to: TinyMCE for BuddyPress – works for 1.2 as wellStill having this problem. Any resolution?
I looked at the suggested link (http://teleogistic.net/2009/12/tinymce-in-buddypress/) but got no help and the last post is end of Jan?
In reply to: Facestream (Facebook plugin)+1
You are doing a great job. Tweetstream is great! I finally figured out the problem with not posting when creating a new topic. Did you read that? https://buddypress.org/forums/topic/tweetstream-twitter-plugin-beta-testers-needed/page/7#post-42356
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed!I have determined that the problem with posting to twitter is associated with changing the default for the To Twitter checkbox. When it is changed to default to checked then nothing goes to twitter. When I uncheck/recheck the box the plugin writes a twitter record. Appears that the #twitter text is not written as part of the post data when the box defaults to checked.
A user might check the box, see the strange text added and decide to delete the text before posting update. I would write the text in a hidden type fashion if that is possible.
You could check it out at http://westminsterumc.com.
In reply to: Group Blog ErrorI would like for the pages under Blog to open in place using ajax rather than generate a whole new page. Is that possible?
In reply to: Group Blog ErrorIf the blog setting is to Redirect to Blog Front/Posts Page and the user clicks on Blog in the group then all the links at the top buddypress menu map to the subdomain.domain.tld linkw and when a user clicks on one of the menus they get a 404 error.
What is the normal setting?
I also have tried the setting that is not checked but that does the same thing for the pages under the group description.
Which setting is most used in the world?
In reply to: Group Blog ErrorAn interesting situation occurs on a Win2k8/IIS7/PHP5.2.13/MySQL5.0.51a install in that as I am creating a new group
1 – if I elect to create a blog for a group while I am creating the group then I get an error written in the blog id field of the blog_metadata table that indicates the blog exists.
2 – if I elect to not have a blog while I am creating the group and then I go back to admin/blog and check the box to have a blog for the group then the blog gets created correctly.
Any ideas?
In reply to: Group Blog for BP1.2 is now availableI am having a problem, wonder if someone can help?
My first group creation process was successful and the blog got created, etc.
My second group creation appears successful, but the blog is not being created. I am receiving this error in the groups_groupmeta table under the groupblog_blog_id field:
O:8:”WP_Error”:2:{s:6:”errors”;a:1:{s:10:”blog_taken”;a:1:{i:0;s:20:”Blog already exists.”;}}s:10:”error_data”;a:0:{}}
I am running on Windows 2k8, IIS7, PHP5.2.13, MySQL 5.0.51a. Any suggestions?
Great plugin, BTW!
In reply to: Tweetstream (twitter plugin) Beta testers needed!I still do not see a tweet after saving a forum topic.
In reply to: BuddyPress LikeSince you know about the activity stream, is it possible you could help answer a question?
My fresh install of wp + bp (all latest releases) does not succeed in writing activity records. Running on Win2k8, MySQL 5.1.4.2, php 5.2.11, IIS 7. Any ideas?
In reply to: Registration link redirects to home pageI had the problem and I fixed it by checking different registration options. The one that turned it on was the option to allow user registrations AND blog creation. Then once it started showing I changed my setting back to user creation only and it remains. Might simply be a setting that needs to be rewritten in the database in order for bp to recognize that it has been set.
In reply to: bp group-documents: date and time pbInteresting – bp-gallery beta/release candidates are having the same problem. Is this a bp issue? Or something plug-in authors are missing?
In reply to: BuddyPress.org Website DesignCurious, do you still like the default theme now that 1.2 is out?
In reply to: Events PluginMy understanding is that Erwin Gerrits is working on that plug-in.
In reply to: Invite AnyoneHey, Boone, Thank you, I look forward to your additions.
And, actually, the plugin I am referring to is from Giovanni Caputo, which I suppose he could have gotten from BPDEV, but I am not sure. I did get the go ahead from Giovanni to modify his plugin, but I don’t have the expertise to make the change I made stick or be used by BP.
