Congrats, but I lost all profile tabs. None no matter what I do and I can’t go back to v2.3.5.

Uninstalling BuddyPress and reinstalling did nothing at all. Data repair did nothing. I disabled cover photos and it works fine. It is the cover photos enabled and I lose the whole tabs in profile.

    Great release.
Cover photos are cool and get a lot of understandable attention.
But the new member types functionality is very tasty.
And the companion style sheets – 2013 never looked so good!

@shanebp, funny you say that, since 2.4.0 dropped, I’ve been using 2013 on everything! My new favourite 20-something

    Great work!

    Iยดm REALY new in WordPress/Buddypress.
    Now i have a question:

How can i do it in another language now (Buddypress), in this case german needed?

    greetings

It was amusing but when working on twentythirteen I came to realise that once the header was replaced with something better, it actually was a simple and very effective theme especially for BP and I actually came to prefer it over the subsequent twentysomething themes.

Nice one @imath and congrats to you and all the team, although i have not had time to try this out yet i will do do sometime soon, i have not been as active on here recently due to being so tied up with what i am doing myself, the cover was a well needed implementation and i am so glad it was added to core. now if only you guys could get a dedicated like system built into it or a favourite feature that would lets users favourite other pages and custom posts other than just on buddypress posts and related pages ๐Ÿ™‚ … hehe.
