Looks great, can we please get features for better moderation tools, ability for profiles to be marked private or friends only. In an effort to keep buddy press websites safe for kids. If people decide to post content that is nsfw. I’m surprised with all the features in buddy press that end users don’t have more control over their data and privacy like GDPR. Etc.
Invitation options is returning a blank page in user profiles.

To help us understand what’s going wrong with the line 53 of buddypress/bp-core/classes/class-bp-invitation-manager.php, we need your help.
1. Deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress: is the error still there?
2. If yes activate a Twenty theme: is the error still there ?
3. Remove bp-custom.php file or mu-plugins or dropins: is the error still there?
If you have a no after 1. Reactivate plugins 1 by 1 and check the error’s appearance. It should help us find which plugin we need to check on our side.
After 2: it’s a theme issue, etc..

I narrowed the blank page (for me) down to Grimlock plugin. When enabled it stops invites fields under [Send Invites] to appear – anyone any ideas?
Man this invite feature is SOOO cool – cannot wait to get it working!

Works on 1 of my sites – on the other I get:
“There was a problem sending that invitation. The user could already be a member of the site or have chosen not to receive invitations from this site.”
The emails are not members and not chosen not to receive emails. The invites are queued up under Manage Invites but not getting sent.
My WP/BP site is installed in folder like: http://www.domaain.com/wp-install/ – I don’t know if that is the cause?
Seems to be down to 1 plugin – I will update this page in a minute for anyone that has same problem.
The issue was Mailgun plugin – active but not configured properly.

I’d like to report possible bug (correct me if wrong) I think is fairly serious.
When I create signup field and set Visibility to ‘Only Me’ (or any option) – it always shows on front end as ‘This field can be seen by: Everyone’. This happens if I set it to Allow members to override or Enforce field visibility. Im having to resort to writing confusing message under field..
This field will not actually be visible to other members.
This field can be seen by: Everyone (auto-message)
Perhaps I’m wrong, but I just got berated by user signing up and had to explain it would not be visible to other users. Am I doing this wrong?

Buddypress changed old user profile link. So is that possible to user have 2 profile. One for buddypress and other for own profile url. Because i have doctor healthcare related theme and in which user profile available using author_link filter.
But buddypress also used author_link filter for user profile.
So i want both url. one for own profile and one for buddypress profile.
I have user profile link : site_url/pharmacy/sunsona/
And need buddypress profile link : site_url/members/sunsona/
But when i active buddypress old user profile link not worked.
Please give me some idea.

When updating Buddypress I have two problems, my primary cell has been duplicated and I can’t sort the cells in the new ‘Sign in’ group. Anyone else with the same problem? I had to revert to the previous version

Have manually tried to fixthis in DB by dropping table and thenusing BP Tools to recreate the table so it does exist….yet on all backend pages and front end I get this message…. yup tried deactivating all BP related plugins even buddypress and then reactivating …. cannot find issue
