    @nicolagreco

    Who is playing with latest trunk of BPDEV Plugins has seen the new plugin BPDEV XMLRPC displayed in the Plugins list.

    As you can understand this plugin add XMLRPC Support to BuddyPress, that means that every BuddyPress could have a desktop, mobile, web client to manage his account and his social.

    Sending XMLRPC requests, you’ll be able to create new groups, get groups datas, change group descriptions, posting wires.

    Who is interested to know more or help, don’t hesitate to reply this post :)

    Nicola-

    Very nice!

    I will investigate this for one of our projects. It could help with something we’ll be working on next month.

    I smell iphone app in the works…

    I have been trying to decide how to best deliver content to iphone users. I know most would be ok with the regular pages, but some want to feel special. The problem is my user base doesn’t have enough iphone users to warrent the extra development time for a free app.

    I\’m abit confused on this, is it a buddypress API or what?

    However, go for it ,any ETA?

    yes it is

    Not finished yet it needs some wires & friends xmlrpc methods.

    Maybe someone could work on an xmlrpc client based on this apis, that might be awesome

    Nicola I think the correct approach would be to implement this into the Buddypress core code and submit patches for Andy’s review.
