To debug the issue, try to deactivate other BP-related plugin and keep BuddyPress plugin active

@sergebb bbpress is optional plugin not mandatory.

You can modify template files
buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress/members/register.php
and override them inside child theme.
