I had a look at the .zip, in particular I looked at your class that extends BP_Component. I noticed you’re not registering it as an active component. So inside your constructor method after your call to parent::start(), you can do:

$bp->active_components[$this->id] = '1';

My guess is Theme My Login is filtering the logout link so that /login/ is used in place of wp-login.php.

I noticed from the ‘bad’ URL that there’s no _wpnonce parameter. That is possibly the reason for the ‘Are you sure you want to do that?’ message.

For example, say a member with id=2 belongs to a group.
You can leave them on the main Members page but remove them from the group members page like so:
