In reply to: Limit Comments Per User
It’s fairly easy to get the comment count for a particular user.
$args = array( 'user_id' => bp_loggedin_user_id(), 'count' => true ); $count = get_comments( $args );From that point on, depending on what action the user is taking on your site, you can check the count against a pre-determined figure:
if ( $count < 10 ) { // The comment count for the logged in user is less than 10. } else { // The comment count for the logged in user is 10 or more. }In reply to: howto downgrade?Did you keep a backup copy of your database? In reply to: Creating a modern web communityThe alternative to having WordPress posts as “topics” and WordPress comments as “topic replies” is to theme bbPress. Check out the Theme Compat article for some introductory info. You can either use an already-made theme, or have a go at developing something unique yourself.

If you’re referring to the BuddyPress Activity Plus plugin, try asking this same question on their support forum.
In reply to: delete Comments on all pagesCheck out the Template Hierarchy article. It will show you how to set up templates for BuddyPress. You can then remove the comment section and comment form from the page(s) you want.
You could create a mini plugin for this which uses wp_enqueue_script to enqueue a custom script.

To make sure that last logout link is removed you should be able to do this:
function jemmatates_logout_nav_link( $logout_link ) { $logout_link = ''; return $logout_link; } add_filter( 'bp_logout_nav_link', 'jemmatates_logout_nav_link' );In reply to: Extended profile import via CSVI’m not sure this is possible out of the box.
