– Did you double check in Settings > BuddyPress – Pages panel whether the names of the page is assigned to the respective component you activated?
– Are you running on WAMP/XAMPP/LAMP or other setup?

@bfreed As super/site admin, you should be able to view all the undeleted sent/received messages of any/all your members from the frontend of your site. Why do you want to use FTP or phpmyadmin instead?

@naumanahmed19 Do provide us with more information so we can help you troubleshoot. What theme are you using? Have you checked if it is just a styling issue? What plugins are activated in your site? Have you checked whether deactivating plugins except BuddyPress resolves the issue?

@jrunfitpro What djsteveb said. Best place to ask is at the theme author’s forums. Saw their page with list of incompatible themes and plugins. BuddyPress has not been included in that list though no one has answered the question of one who asked if anyone has made it work with BP.

@jrunfitpro What do you mean by “removing bbPress”? Deactivating/deleting bbPress from Plugins page doesn’t cause any issue per check in my local installation. WP/BP/bbPress versions?

@quinngoldwin I’m not aware of any plugin that does what you want out of the box. At this stage, you might want to look at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager/ and a BP plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-job-manager/ and try work from there to set up a jobs category home page similar to what you posted above.
