You are missing CSS to make that look right. The extra info is coded into the widget so you cant really get rid of the username unless you change the code. What about using the recently active members widget? like
Try that not sure about print CSS. I never really worry about it. Usually people use this for specific pages to format it for a page size. Like a receipt after a purchase.
One other thing I noticed before. If you use a function that is similar to one thats in the default folder it can cause problems. Is a function named the same as a default one?
I’d do it via customized comment form. There are a ton of plugins that allow you to do this. That way it’s automated and streamlined. A two page site. A front page for info and then a page that is essentially a blog post or page that has the comment form and all the entries below. These can be voted up and down like @mercime suggested.
@alanchrishughes They are EXACTLY like facebook fan pages. You have an activity stream on both. You have forum/discussions on both. Not sure why you think otherwise. You can also add apps to facebook fan pages and buddypress groups. They look different and the wording on each is different but they really are the same thing.
Yeah it does now. I was using poedit and wasn’t thinking right I use find replace all on the word group but then realized it would work that way from the original pot. So I have to do each and every one manually. This blows when you just want to change a slug/ groups to something else. maybe groups is teams. Taking hours to go through the language file is ridiculous.
