the default login page is the wp-admin one. You will need custom plugin / code to change the default login to /login , many plugins already do this like WooCommerce or Pmpro.

We’ve even extended this Buddypress function into registering with a user with custom role or member type, registering in groups, sending custom activation email and on activation sending custom welcome emails all controlled at the point of registration itself.

also divi’s file custom_unified.js is triggering that error. Does not seem like a buddypress issue at all.
You must be using some plugin for sending media files. Images typically below 2mb in size can be easily converted into encoded strings and stored in the message itself.
So this is something you’ll need to handle in custom code, but it is possible.
You can probably add something like this. Note, I have not tested it, so this will send a curl request to the same activation page with the activation parameter, in turn the user is activated.

Save buddypress – components, it will ensure the directory structure required for saving photos is present.Also it will force buddypress to clear its cache.
It has to be implemented in the template. You can adda default “message” subject. This is something which is outside the scope of buddypress.

Please share more details where exactly to check the “failed”. I checked your site and it loads fine. To avoid any inconsistent issues from appearing :
a. Try re-saving permalinks at WP admin – Settings – Permalinks.
b. Try re-saving Components at WP admin – Settings – BuddyPress – Components.
1. Save the permalinks at WP admin – Settings – Permalinks.
2. Make sure you do not create pages with same slug as that of Member Nicename. For example : Yoursite.com/AABB and yoursite.com/members/AABB <– this can cause conflict.
3. Check the Mod rewrite module of Apache is installed and working.
Also more details are required about the configuration. I do not think this is a BuddyPress related issue.
