For me to make everything work I had to enter my DB then go to usermeta and change my My facestream userid metavalue that showed 1.00000052867E+14, I changed it to my actual facebook profile# 100000052866958 (this is the number that shows in the address bar when you go to your actual facebook profile page)
Now if we could figure out why for some people it populates the wrong facestream userid Meta_value so I do not have to enter it manually for the users.
Sounds great. Will definitely add this to our BuddyPress sites after I have a chance to check out its functionality.

When i try to set it up, click setting within my site, it just send me back to the home page. anyone know whats happening?
That Latest version (1.0.3) is causing group creation to break at step.3, just to let you know.
For those not seeing FB to BP updates, make sure your Privacy settings on your FB update is set to “Everyone” (not “Only Fiends” or “Friends of Friends”).
I get the same create new group error.

I ran into this problem of not being able to create groups with another plugin ‘connections’. I will be very curious to hear what you find is the problem with facestream as it may be the same problem I am trying to track down with the other plugin. So please, when you find the issue, can you post what the fix was so that I may have some direction on fixing the other plugin?

That version doesn’t sync from FB to BP but at least you can submit statuses to FB from BP
Fantastic plugin. I’ve not noticed any issues yet and it seems to work flawlessly for me.
I’m hoping though that at some point this will also work with Facebook pages and groups thus enabling site owners to integrate with their own promotional stuff on Facebook. I don’t suppose you plan on suppose Fan Pages? I didn’t see an option to do it yet?
The twitter stream is also amazing!
The latest FACESTREAM broke the BuddyPress groups in my installation. You could not add groups properly after installing FACESTREAM and there was no way og writing anything within the groups. TWEETSTREAM works perfectly though. After removing FACESTREAM the group feature in BuddyPress worked fine again.
@Anointed » Connections (the whole pack) works perfectly with groups in my installation (latest BuddyPress, latest SINGLE WordPress). Facestream gave me headache though. 
revert to the previous version of Facestream and you can create groups again but It breaks the sitewide RSS.
Are you going to have time to fix this any time soon?

I got a problem when checking the “To Facebook” option in Forums (Create topic, Add a reply).
It actually prints #FACEBOOK in the topic title and/or in the replies for a topic.
Is this a known issue?
And is it fixable?

I receive errors with both Facestream and Tweetstream like this: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONST, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /www/html/vhost/panserideologene.no/test/wp-content/plugins/tweetstream/twitter/EpiCurl.php on line 4.
Any thoughts?

Any idea why facestream won’t save my import time? I’m guessing that’s why it’s not pulling stuff in?

I’ve used Facestream on a few test installs, but I’m struggling with it now, I get a white blank screen after activating and the only way back is to remove the plugin from the folder so that its forced to deactivate? Any suggestions?
