I can’t reproduce the problem now, so it seems to be gone. You know on in the activity stream “updated their location! Check it out!” when clicking checking out I was referred to the homepage I think. Which didn’t make any sense imo. But now it works well!
In reply to: Travel-Junkie.comNow I get it why you needed that group script

No, looking good. A few links don’t seem to work like forums (gives you a blank page) in the groups and location maps (shows blog posts)?
In reply to: Spam, Spam and more spam@Andrea_r good thought, how would that look like?
In reply to: Facestream (Facebook plugin)Sounds great! That would be a facebook connect & stream sharing right? If so – dream coming true here.
In reply to: Hopped Up BeerHas mark-edwards deleted his account again, or is that some weird problem with the – in his account name that I can’t message him/let alone find him?
In reply to: BP Album+ : my new plugin for picturesCiao Francesco,
That is very interesting and it may well be all I need. Looking forward to the new additions as group pics. Looking very nice at first sight!

Facebook Connect (no rpx, just a plain simple well done fb connect implementation)
Tadlock’s Members plugin adapted for BP
And of course the often quoted Privacy/Gallery/Events plugins, but I’m positive that those will be available soon.
In reply to: Buddypress iPhone theme updateLooking great @Modemlooper. Keep it up, this is going to be a very welcome feature I’m sure.
In reply to: Most effective/stable events plugin?I’ll second that, great news indeed!
In reply to: new plugin: BuddyPress Rate Forum Posts@Dwenaus, haha good one! At the moment there’s no hurry for me. I just wanted to check what you think about that. But who knows maybe I will need the feature in a few weeks.
But again, good plugin, nice implementation.
In reply to: new plugin: BuddyPress Rate Forum PostsThis thing works well on my test install, very well done @Dwenaus! Right now I’m also using another plugin called comment rating. Any chance you might extend yours to comments also?
In reply to: Front End Blog Posting+1
Interesting idea about the gravity forms plugin. Anyone done this?

In reply to: facebook connect doesnt insert user informationAnyone tried to contact the original fb connect plugin author before?
In reply to: facebook connect doesnt insert user informationHmm such a shame. No one planning a complete BP-FB Connect integration then?
In reply to: facebook connect doesnt insert user information@Bowe since you seem to be in the know about connect.
I’ve read several times in the past about the code of that plugin to be badly suitable for bp. People recommended not to use that plugin and wait for a better integration.
Any news on that front?
In reply to: Forums not showing up after trunk updateCheck if your bbpress folder is still in place. With that I mean, are all bbpress files there? Probably you need to grab them again and put them in place.
In reply to: Combatting Spammers (sploggers) – Geoip PHP mod..Good thought about the reputation. YOu might be able to combine it with the achievments plugin! In any case let us know if you attempt anything like that.
agreed 21cdb, I also think the pages listed on top are confusing. Looks better without those I think.
In reply to: BuddyPress Links 0.2.1 releasedLove it Mr. Mas, keep it going!
In reply to: How to add custom $usermeta to registrationDid you ever get the tos function to work? I’ve basically got the same problem which leads to displaying the error message, even when the tos field actually is ticked.
In reply to: BuddyPress Links 0.2-RC1 now availableSo this won’t be working for 1.2 bleeding then? Haven’t tried it yet, but I was going to very soon.
In reply to: Group Wiki Plugin (not a release, but in progress)1 Thought so far. I love you too (and your team). More thoughts whenever we’ll see more of this
In reply to: New Default Theme Is AvailableOk but since I got some more time now that 1.2 will not be here until January, I still think it would be wise to do so, since I want to profit from the reduced JS and CSS and your overall improvements for the new theme.
In reply to: New Default Theme Is AvailableSo the new theme actually is a new parent theme if the new default does not use the bp-sn-parent theme?
What’s the easiest way to convert my already heavily customized “old” child theme to the new default?
