How did you get gallery to work? the thumbnail are still broken on my site

Album or Gallery to me is nothing like what I imagine core media functionality would be like. I envision the ability to upload media directly into the activity stream.

Also, all functionality can not be in core otherwise plugin development would die and we would be stuck with cookie cutter (ning) sites. What if the top 20 most popular plug ins were already built into wordpress. Would the community have grown so large?

The great thing about open source is anyone can extend it. These are just two plugins in development. Expect many more. I have both and they are very different. Gallery is still being developed so to even comapre it is not a good idea.

Screenshot of the notifications / login page. When you login you get to see your notifications right away. Plus as you navigate site you get a notice in the header. Clicking that notice takes you back to your notifications / login page

Never mind. I found a better workflow.

If you want users to have their own blog us MU. Otherwise, it’s the same thing on WP

You can also use the welcome plugin and after each user signs up they will get a notification with any message you want. You could tell them to fill out profile in this message.

Doesn’t brake for me. I changed the CSS and it works just fine. Though, I change the CSS for all plugins as they use their own styling and never really fits into a theme 100%

@francescolaffi the css for pic alignment is off. The pics are pushed to the right and half the image is hidden. This has been the same since you first posted the plugin. I fixed it my self but you might want to change up the code.

It’s the -50% thats making it break

Install the sitemap for buddypress plugin. The regular WP sitemap plugin only scours the blogs. This other one does the groups, profiles and forums.

Yes. Always backup database, deactivate all plugins, upgrade then reactive plugins.

Yeah I thought it was weird to log out and only see stuff from an admin. If somebody went to your site and thats all the saw it would be a turn off.

Profile subnav tab “badges”

Then it lists badges. Site owners can create their own badges (graphic) and types (names). Otherwise it will not fit into all the niche sites.

No error it just shows all activity still.

Maybe it shows all the activity before you activate and then non after but I’m seeing it all. Also the all members button needs to go. Really doesn’t make sense to have it filter out all activity and then the tab still says all members.

working good. I would say the only must add feature is multiple albums.
