I have about 8 profile fields and they all worked, but they sent the default message to the email address even though I updated it via wp-admin.

This icon disappears when I change the slug from bp-custom. For example, when I change “groups” into “communities” without hacking any other files but bp-custom, the icon disappears.

If u want social networking funtion within the dashboard, there’re wpmu plugins to enable friends and messages rather than using buddypress.

It would be great to have an option for setting events permalink structures. WordPress can’t afford to display non English permalinks (slugs) that are long unlike Amazon. So for example, I need to use event ID rather than event titles.

widget-events.css from bp-events is being loaded by other themes in wp-content/themes directory. It should be fixed not to affect other themes.

At this moment, by loading this css it doesn’t break other themes, but since other themes are not using any functions of bp-events by default, this css hook must be removed.

blog avatar is not yet supported in bp.

Users registering at your bp site can just upload their own from their computer without visiting gravatar.com

your adsense is too big to be placed within the sidebar… use another size in the first step.
