hum, tu peux pas ajouter directement la traduction?… des fois je me demande pourquoi ils utilisent cette technique pour les traductions alors qu’il n’existe aucun logiciel VRAIMENT fiable pour gérer le tout… c’est un enfer.

i just installed this system, and yes it send the validation email, so the users may be compromised in error…

on my side i added a TOS plugin *(my own), so people have to check it and the input name have a name the bots are not recognising so they do not check it before registration…

on wpmudev, i also cancelled my subs after the first month… ok, at first i was sure it was a monthly payment, not a subscription, so i did not care… but the day the paypal sent me a notice about the renewal, i was shocked.. lol i requested a refund, they refused. and worst, i requested a refund and instead of it, my account was cancelled … on day one of the second month subs… come on… what, 80$…

on my site, people pay 2 kinds of subscriptions… half price if you do not require support… 25$ for a complete month without limit… that’s good.. lol. and all the tools on my site are bringing profits on a site, so it’s a low price. but wpmu, they do not worth 80$/m…

we can’t point out their technique, i was the one who registered first, they did not force me to, so i can’t blame them… but as i donate to all the coders that i use the codes from, that was a big 2 months donation.. lol

that’s one of the faces of GPL… someone can subscribe to a site like this, steal the whole work, recode the tools and re-release them for free or even paid… nobody will be able to say a word, because that’s why the GPL was built…

you already can set to detect IE’s version in the header, by default, to load whatever you want like javascripts and css files… having more tags in the body markup will just make it do the job twice…

i’m a new member on that site too… i paid my small membership yesterday just because i think to support Brajesh in his efforts… i want him to focus on his work instead of searching for small jobs… so i paid my little fee. i do not have access to the gallery yet, but i don’t mind… some other addons on his site are useful right away… and some could be by default in BP if you ask me.. lol

ARGH, forget it… the last trunk corrected it… strangely, there was no “My Blogs” menu in the adminbar…

and the translation is wrong also… looks like i will have to write down a real French international language file… nobody is ever able to read/translate properly… rofl *(Only the creation of an user account is permitted)

@Brajesh… never feel sorry for someone who can’t read properly… just point the fact, period. If you start feeling sorry each time someone whine about the price of your memberships, you will work hard time on that, and you loose interests…

i have the same situation on my site… i have “freebies”… accessible when people are subscribing a membership… lol… the freebies are available freely, but you need to pay for support. i never charged for the scripts themselves, but people continue to whine about that even on other public forums, that they know i lied by charging for scripts that are supposed to be free… people think we owe them all our lives and they want free things only.

personally, i would pay 500$ for a complete buddypress with “all you can eat”…

did you upload buddypress in the same path, or you have the directory name of the svn??… you can not have two buddypress installed, if the system call a redeclare, the error is similar to this situation.

a child theme to the parent theme is not a different structure but a different look… your best shot would be to start over with a theme you like and integrate the functions you need from a bp-sn-theme as example…

the upper part of the gray is applyed by itself, buddypress will do it for all themes.
