Did you change the timezone to the correct setting? https://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_General_SubPanel
Some have experienced remedying the problem by selecting the UTC offset instead of the country / city.
You might also need to set the server’s timezone correctly. Contact your network admin for help on this.
