Reply To: recover accidentally deleted user profile field
Sorry I posted this in the wrong category before… I accidentally deleted a user profile field that took me hours to create (it included all countries of the world). Is there any way to recuperate it?
There should definitely be a double check for deleting these things, a note asking me if I really want to delete it.
I can see in this thread https://buddypress.org/support/topic/how-do-i-find-custom-profile-field-database-entries/ that there is a file called wp_bp_xprofile_data table, I have contacted my hosting provider and they have made a backup of my site. Where would they find this table? What would I have to replace in the current setup? The whole buddypress plugin? A file in the plugin folder? Can I import it to my current site? It would be best if I don’t have to revert the whole site to a previous version as I have done changes to it. Please please answer quickly!!! Thank you!!!!
