The order of what is displayed is done through the following if I am not missing something.

/buddypress-theme/member-themes/buddypress-member/profile/index.php

Just move the following”

<?php endif; ?>

Put it closer to the top, maybe under:

<?php else : ?>

<?php bp_core_get_wp_profile() ?>

<?php endif; ?>
