@jivany Wow, thanks, I simply added:
<?php if ( 'Username' == bp_get_the_profile_field_name() ) : ?> <?php else : ?>
under:
<?php if ( 'textbox' == bp_get_the_profile_field_type() ) : ?>
inserted a endif where you indicated, didn’t do any HTML formatting and the Username field is now hidden.
