You’re welcome. I’m glad that it is working now, but feel your pain in figuring out (and more importantly resolving) what 3rd-party plugin is causing the issue.

So, now my plan of attack is to add in my plugins, one-by-one

This process is the only approach. Once you figure out what plugin is causing the issue (and hopefully it is a single plugin and not some plugin combination), then you should contact the plugin developer and ask them to help you.
