Further update. I discovered the adminbar.css that is in the bp-sn-partent/_inc/css file lacks most of the !important comands that is found in the adminbar.css in bp-default/_inc/css file. So I included replaced the file in the child theme and also added an @import url(“../childtheme/_inc/css/adminbar.css”) in the style.css of the themes for secondary blogs.

Admin bar now displays properly on all blogs and dashboards.

Still haven’t figured out the problem with “log in” in the adminbar on secondary blog sending me to the mainblog homepage. So any help with that is appreciated.
