Okay, update. I actually cut and pasted the adminbar css into the secondary blog theme’s style.css. So the bar is displaying properly now.

However, on the secondary blog, I’m still shown as logged out (even though logged in as admin on the main site). When I click the log in link on the secondary blog, it takes me back to the main site.

That’s not how it worked under the old two theme system. Any help?
