Hmm, perhaps I will just try to import user accounts then…
Regarding the FTP server, I don’t know, I have root access and can do practically everything on the server, however, for some reason I cannot get rid of these old files and directories.
EDIT: Looks like the uploaded DB deactivated my custom theme, so all I had to do was reactivate it and the site is back up now
