I’m using:

Si Capthca
BuddyPress Humanity Plugin
BP Signup Xtra (with required birthdate and checkbox)
Extra Profile Fields that require text input.
Bad Behavior with HTTP:BL enabled…

I’ve not noticed any spam logins yet…. knock on wood/cross fingers.
