I have got the same thing going on “There was an error when creating the topic”.

People on our site have been telling me that this has been a problem for them but I never had it happen until today. This is firststarted happening I tired posting to a group which I did note create myself. its been like ten tried now and still no luck?

Anyone have any ideas? Is this a known issue?
