Plugin meta information not parsing properly.

For example, http://svn.wp-plugins.org/welcome-pack/trunk/readme.txt:
“Requires at least: WP/MU 2.9, BuddyPress 1.2.3
Tested up to: WP/MU 2.9, BuddyPress 1.2.3″
