The simplest to add youtube for groups is asking Nicola on the BPDEV Trac http://bp-dev.org to improve bpdev youtube and integrate it in groups

I made a plugin that allows group admin to put a mark on a mark and show the map on the group home, this plugin has also a map that with all groups marked in
