It seems like your header.php is referencing post_title in the title tag.

Make a backup copy of that file, then open it and paste the following between the opening and closing `` tags:</p> <p>“</p> <p>Should work… <img decoding="async" src="smileys/wink.gif" width="" height="" alt=";-)" title=";-)" class="bbcode_smiley" />
