A member blog is simply a WPMU blog.

What exactly are you having problems with?

eg. A member blog’s RSS feed should be – http://example.com/amemberblog/feed/ or http://amemberblog.example.com/feed/ (if you’re using subdomains).

What happens when you go directly to that link?
