Just signed up for your site Boris, looks promising! Some feedback:
The header is too big 
.. It’s cool as a frontpage introduction, but after while the scrolling starts to be a pain.. A good solution would be:
a: only use the header on the front page and on other pages cut of 285px (I measured it 
) so you’ll only see the logo and the sign at the right
b: make some fancy jquery goodness which allows you to fold in the header to a smaller size.. Check out this site who does this: http://cureuphoria.com/
The rest of the site looks good, no big problems there.. It might be cool to add the BP related stuff to the menu as well, but I’m not sure if that’s easy to do with the sprites menu you’re using at the moment
