Here are a couple plugins that are trying, but haven’t realized it quite yet without lots of bugs.

Creating these type of plugins is very difficult because you need to rely social sites that don’t play nice, keep going down and keep changing their code. But, keep a eye on them maybe one day all the bugs can be worked out.
