Looking at your site, it\\\’s hard for me to figure out what is bp and what isn\\\’t there. You\\\’ve got alot of custom going on. It\\\’s all custom. 
I\\\’m trying to determine how bp was installed.
bp is installed in the subdir /blog? Exactly what version of bp are you using trunk or rc1? What do you mean by ‘when bp is activated’?
