Of course I’m not really saying one isn’t to ask a question about why something isn’t working if one can be specific about a particular issue, but support can’t really be provided in general for premium paid for plugins. It sounds as though the ones you have have not been updated and you will need to ask that question of wpmudevguru doo dah whatsit people
