OK, here’s an example, and what I would like to do:

http://www.mydomain.com/community/groups/vegetable-gardening-forum/forum/topic/growing-carrots/

… to become something like …

http://www.mydomain.com/community/vegetable-gardening-forum/growing-carrots/

Is this kind of thing possible?
