Change to BP Default theme, see if issue is resolved.
Also, I may be wrong but looks like there are some plugins listed which have not been updated for some time. Have you tried deactivating all plugins except BuddyPress then activating others one by one to check which is causing the conflict?

Btw, what is the complete error printed out?
