@caspergrimaldi That’s the default layout of Frisco theme for Member and Group pages. You can use negative margin for the member sidebar in your custom.css file

body.bp-user #sidebar {
margin-top: -100px;
}

Adjust negative margin to taste. You’d have to change margin-top for the same in media query section
