To answer both questions the setup/directory listing for buddypress is

nacdb.com/members/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/

nacdb.com/members/wp-content/themes/bphome/

nacdb.com/members/wp-content/bp-themes/bpmember/

members/ contains all of WMU – its not in the root directory.
