It looks like you are using PM Pro ?
Just to test – try deactivating it and see if you can register.
If you can, then there is some conflict with PM Pro and you need to contact them.

btw- on your current register page, some fields are not showing up ( ex. birthday ) but the visibility settings are showing up.
So that is another clue that there are issues with your register page; issues that may be related to ‘people are not able to register’.
