not ideal… but may help for the time being (at least get to the buddypress profile page to perform the edits)
this will add a ‘view bp’ link to the buddypress profile when viewing the user list within the dashboard http://blog.etiviti.com/2010/02/add-a-view-buddypress-profile-link-in-wp-admin-users/
