Re: how to totally disable User-Blogs ?

Login to the WPMU backend, navigate to “BuddyPress > Component Setup”, disable blog tracking.

Then disable blog registration.

Navigate to “Site Admin > Options”. Under “Allow new registrations”, select “Only user account can be created”.
