I’ve installed it twice and when I try to go to the links I get error 404.

Wp 3.0.1
Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
MYSQL v5.0.83-community-log
PHP v5.2.9-2
Location www.***.com/SN
All directories -read – write – exec
No luck
