@poodyglitz first thing I’d do is to isolate what could be causing erratic behavior. Deactivate all plugins except BP and change theme to bp-default. Then check if you can now add links and forum posts. If that’s cool, then proceed to activate your theme, then plugins one by one while adding links and forum posts between each activation.
