Database: PhpMyAdmin
Command line: $ msgfmt (translation), and $ svn
CMS: WordPress 
Framework: None. BuddyPress Core… perhaps someday
w3school , I always looking for css reference.
Guess.. my brain is no compete for those ever growing reference.
