@mercime I choose all BP pages with sidebar. #1
@garrickbs in order to post the instructions to make your theme compatible with BP, I need to know whether you choose all BP pages with sidebar OR all BP pages with full-width. Which one?
WP touch doesnt have the theme files to work with BuddyPress.
Options are to use a responsive theme, create your own custom solution or use https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-mobile
WP Touch might work with BP 1.7 as BP 1.7 will use page templates to output markup. 1.7 is probably at least a few months away.

@Hugo it is a custom theme and thank you! That code in itself was what I was missing. I had looked in the coding on the pages that had a sidebar and for some reason even those pages are missing that line. So also in my members/single/home.php there was no

We refresh our design. Still using the default theme. Buddypress plugin is great, and the people of this forum are great too. We would like to (once again) say a big thank you.

Thanks. I am using the “BuddyPress Default” theme and tested with all plugins activated to no avail.
I’m wondering if it’s because we have this self hosted with nginx instead of apache (so the default .htaccess is being ignored). I’m not sure how the forum redirect works though so it’s hard for me to trouble shoot

Perhaps you ought to explain what you have tried of all these different approaches, and maybe why you are having to given bp-default provides a sidebar.

So, i deactivate the last plugins, i return to the default theme, but nothing.
I hope for solution because at Recently Active Members plugin appear the right activity of members. Please tell me what i ‘ll try next.
This is a known issue with BP menus. We are working on solutions for better menu managment. The community is working on BP 1.7
This version will allow better integration into any WP theme. The menus are getting changed to vertical menus to better fit multiple menu items more efficiently.
I’m also working on a solution to use the admin menu system to manage user menus. There isn’t much you can do at this point aside from removing items

When i am log in happend it, when i am log out… all go good.

@garrickbs you have the following options
1. create only two files – but only have either page with sidebar OR fulll width for all your BP templates
2. revise 16 template files – but still have to test whether the codes with option to make it full width or with sidebar per options page will work in BP templates
I will presume #1 is your choice. ALL BP templates with sidebar or full width (no sidebar)?

the theme is too complicated, i’m only using it because the UI is superb and it’s responsive.
UI is Superb?? how so there are a number of pretty evolved frameworks on offer and many responsive if you want control from the backend, however to state ‘the theme is too complicated’ perhaps suggests it would have been better to choose one that was simpler ? as now the long suffering mercime has to try and work out these complexities on your behalf for free 
Please be sure to thank mercime ( although you have in advance ) enormously for the help and perhaps consider a credit for the help she has given on the site?
